On 1 January 2011 the General Terms and Conditions came into force for sea-going vessels using the port. The General Terms and Conditions include the rates and the related port water map. The document is also available in Dutch:

In response to the growing demand for use of the public berths/bouys/dolphins in the port of Amsterdam, rules and regulations have been introduced relating to the reservation and cancellation of these pieces of nautical infrastructure.
Please see the most important rules and the forms to be used.
The Port of Amsterdam will be charging expenses for services that involve vessels, officials and for providing material. The rates that apply for these activities can be found in the list of rates.
Each ship must surrender its ship waste and cargo residues to a port reception facility. The Amsterdam Seaports are providing facilities for each type of waste. Please see the rates.
